Do you have a freight elevator?

We have two freight elevators and a loading dock located at 516 W 26th St. They operate around the clock M-F and 11-5 on weekends. (Holidays may affect operating hours, please inquire with us if you have any concerns)

Do you allow outside food/drink?

Yes we do. If you have an on-site caterer, please have them provide a COI.

Do you allow outside equipment?

Yes we do. We kindly ask as a courtesy to rent any equipment we carry through us before renting out of house. Don’t want to deal with renting out of house? We’ll handle ordering and delivery for you!

Is the space climate controlled?

Yes! We have full A/C for the Summer and radiators for the Winter and our windows open to allow fresh air.

Do you have blackout blinds?

We have automatic blackout blinds for the entire space.

Do you have speakers?

We have Bose surround sound installed in the studio which anyone can connect to via AirPlay.
